Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re exploring coaching for the first time, wondering about pricing or curious about my leadership style, this sections answers common questions to help you make an informed decision.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps but know you’re meant for more, coaching can help. My role is to provide guidance, strategy, and encouragement to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching focuses on the present and future—helping you set goals, develop strategies, and take action. Therapy typically addresses past trauma and emotional healing. While I’m a Trauma Specialist, my role as a coach is to help you move forward with resilience, not provide therapy. If deeper emotional work is needed, I may recommend a licensed therapist.

How do coaching sessions work?

Sessions are conducted virtually or in person (if applicable). We’ll begin with a discovery call to assess your needs, then create a plan tailored to your goals.

How do I book a session?

The first step is scheduling a Discovery Call—a free 20-minute conversation where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in coaching. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit and how I can best support you. If we decide to move forward, we’ll create a customized coaching plan and book your sessions based on your needs and schedule.

Do you offer group coaching?

Yes, I facilitate workshops and group coaching for organizations and teams who are navigating leadership and personal growth.
